In order to maintain high quality, there are a few items that don't meet our standards and can't be sold with the rest.  Oopsie items are marked down 75% or more.

Our “Oopsie” items have minor cosmetic flaws including, but not limited to, asymmetrical cuts, missed aligned patterns, or they are designs that we've discontinued and are no longer sold in our shop.

In addition to items in our shop, oopsie items may also include items that have not yet been released.

It's important to remember that when you purchase "Oopsie" items, you agree that the items will be sold as-is and that the bundle will include "surprise designs" with imperfections.

Each Oopsie mystery box is exclusively crafted for you immediately after it's placed! We strive to prepare your items promptly. Typically, our items are shipped within 1-3 business days. If you require an item by a specific date, please message us, and we'll do our best to assist!

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
As our Oopsie mystery box are MADE TO ORDER, we generally DO NOT accommodate returns or exchanges unless an error has occurred on our part. However, should you encounter any problems with your order, kindly reach out to us.
