Shipping policy

Shipping Available in U.S.A

All orders are shipped from California.

Normal processing times 1-3 days

Pre-Order processing times 2-3 weeks

This means we have up to 7 business days (or up to 3 weeks for Pre-Orders) to carefully prepare and package your order before it ships. We ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send tracking information to the email you provided at checkout so you can keep an eye on your package!

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Issues

We ship through USPS, UPS, and DHL. These carriers are responsible for the final delivery of your package. If your tracking shows your package is "in transit" or "delivered" but you can’t locate it, we recommend reaching out to your local post office or carrier for assistance.

 

Shipping Address & Lost Packages

STORMY VISION WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It’s important to enter your correct shipping address at checkout!

❌ Stormy Vision is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
❌ We cannot apply shipping refunds or replacements for address-related errors.

If you notice an address mistake, email us within 24 hours at info@stormyvision.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. If a package is returned to us, we will issue store credit for the order value minus shipping costs.

Route Insurance Protection Option

Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. 

If you opt out of Route Protection, we will not be able to replace or refund lost or stolen orders.
